Jones is awesome. But not at the Kia service center. I was refused service to get oil change. The lady Tammy laughed in my face. I can't believe how rude they were to me. If it wasn't for the free oil change I would take my money elsewhere.
I just bought my wife a 2017 Niro and the experience could not have been better. My sales rep Takashi was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all our questions.The deal was ultimately closed by the sales manager and I was impressed by how hard he worked for us to make the car affordable. There was a small disagreement after the sale but that was also taken care of to my satisfaction. I am only going to give them a 5 star rating because 6 is not an option.
