Had a small issue with my vehicle, scheduled and appointment and used the drop off box. Next morning had a call, stating the problem was found and addressed. Notified me of an old battery in the car as well. Quick, honest, service. I intend to use them over the local BMW dealer from here on out.
All the folks at Autowerkes are outstanding to work with. They have been servicing my cars ever since Sergio and Marcello started their original business on Bel Air Rd. One has 290,000 miles on it, and another with 175,00 miles. Both run great, are dependable and reliable to this day. This is a testament to their quality of service; shoddy workmanship wouldn’t enable these beauties to be running like new at their elevated age! Sales is exceptional too. They always have, or find, what I am looking for, and at great price. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and getting such personalized service.
Service may be cheaper elsewhere, but why spend the money on a nice vehicle and toss it to the wolves at a cheaper garage? Give them a call or talk to anyone in their office. You won't regret it.
