Great experience. Very welcoming, professional, clean and comfortable. I have switched my children here from their specialist children's dentist too. They can't wait to go back. After a very negative experience elsewhere, I cannot recommend Dr. Elliott enough!
Dr. Elliott is awesome. Her skills level and knowledge of the latest techniques and procedures is topped only by her sincerely caring and nurturing way. The confidence and expertise that she exudes is extremely comforting when seeing a dentist. Her professionalism and dedication is an attitude obviously fostered in her entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. Elliott and expect her practice to flourish as her reputation spreads throughout the community. Put her on your list for excellent dental care.
Accessibility is atrocious for older patients. This office should not be allowed to exist on a second level. The stairs are OUTSIDE and the handrail is almost impossible to grasp. The stairs are a HAZARD for older, less steady people. Parking is sparse. The entrance to the building is at a busy intersection across from Wal Mart and there is no left turn light on route 1 to help you turn against the extremely busy traffic on route 1. If I could find a way to protest the handicapped accessibility, I would. I will not go back.
Our dental experiences with Dr.Melissa Elliott, at Lazer and Associates in Fallston, have always exceeded our expectations. The office location is easy to access with plenty of ample parking. Upon entrance we are always greeted warmly by the staff. Dr. Elliott has a great personality, she is friendly, concerned, and able to connect well with patients. She takes time to listen and responds to our needs. Her knowledge and professionalism are appreciated as well as her tips on preventive care. We know we are always in good hands and would not hesitate to refer others to her practice.
I have been going to Dr. Elliott for about one year now for cleanings and checkups. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Elliott, her Hygienist and her staff. The office is very clean and the equipment used is state of the art. Recently, I required the replacement of the veneers on two of my top front teeth. I had been very unhappy over the years with the results I received when they were replaced years ago by a different dental office. At first I was very apprehensive about having the work done at Dr. Elliott's office because I had never experienced any restorative procedures there. Wow, I was extremely happy with the results! The veneers matched perfectly with the rest of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Elliott and her wonderful staff to anyone looking for a new dentist. Wanda B.
