We like to deal with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Belair Rd, Fallston, when heading out on a trip. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our reservations have always been waiting for us to pick up at pre-designated date/time. Our only complaint the last two rentals is that the vehicles were dirty, not on the outside, but inside. Dried mud inside doors and cola drink sprayed on dash and inside front windshield could have been cleaned. Management spoke with us when we returned the vehicle today and took our concerns in to account. Thank you. We would recommend vehicle rentals from Enterprise at this Fallston MD location.
I find the Enterprise in Bel Air, MD to be easy and quick. The individual helping me was straight forward, and I think the entire process took a few minutes. I've rented from here before and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
