Desmond (the branch manager) always goes the extra mile for his customers. He always gives the best rates for what kind of vehicle you want to reserve. Most recent rental was a VW Jetta and had a very pleasurable experience (he even vacuumed the car to make it cleaner for us upon pickup, and the car had a full tank of gas as well). Avis of Fallston is my Go To whenever I need a rental! :)
Pickup scheduled for 7:30AM. Arrived exactly at 7:30AM (LYFT receipt confirms) and no one was there. Alright, maybe they are running 5 minutes late, but no worries I planned for a few minutes buffer. Fast forward 30 minutes and I'm still waiting. Screw this, a phone call to the 800# on my receipt wasted a few more minutes before I cancelled, called Enterprise, walked a 1/4 mile down the road and was out within 5 minutes. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

Fine of there aren't better choices. Cars are not super. Kind of a "rent while your car is in the shop" sort of place
