  I wanted to rate this place a zero but I wasn't allowed. I had a reservation for a 16ft truck and when I walked into the company, 3 people were ahead of me. Once the office manager got to me, I told him I had a 9 a.m. reservation and before I could even finish my statement he informed me harshly, that he didn't have anymore trucks available. I told him I had a reservation and another customer that was waiting said that they also had a reservation and was told the same story. If I was moving around the corner it wouldn't be a big deal, but I am moving 5 hours away. He proceeded to tell me that I could get a truck from the Baltimore office. I live in Edgewood I am not driving an extra 30 minutes because you misjudged your inventory! Needless to say I went to Uhaul. It is a bit more expensive but I got a deal on a bigger truck and they had more than enough inventory. Uhaul saved the day. If you don't have an impending move use Budget you may or may not get a truck.

  Cannot rate a Zero. Apparently you can make a reservation for trucks that they don't have available, and CANNOT get from nearby locations. Rude service, not apologetic at all, just given the "Oh well"

  I would give them a negative 10. they were HORRIBLE. I went to pick up my rental and they gave it to someone else. Then they tried to give me a vehicle that was 18 feet instead of 12. I canceled, but they charged me anyway. Do NOT reserve online! I had to file a dispute with Master Card to get my money back! Go to the Uhaul place in Bel Air - near Flavor... get a cupcake and a truck! They are both GREAT businesses!!!!!
