I went to the new verizon store in fallston because my phone wasn't working right. I wasn't going to drive to belair store and wait in line for an hour. They were very helpful and listened too everything I had to say. they were so nice and professional even when my two kids were running all over the store. This is my NEW store!! I will be back when my other phones are ready to upgrade!! thanks guys A++++++
