Troy did an excellent job of making sure the car was done before the weekend started to save me money on my rental. He also updated me along the way, and he was very prompt in answering any questions. I am highly satisfied and am recommending this place to all my friends.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision of Fallston! Troy was fast, personable, and upfront with his estimate. The woman at the front desk was very helpful with not just scheduling an appointment to get my car in, but also with contacting the rental car agency to have them pick me up. Bob was very accommodating by allowing me to add an additional unexpected repair on to his already full schedule. I am nothing but overly pleased with my experience.
